In our group, we hold space for each other to gain support and receive resources to work on our self- esteem story, including meditating as a group. After each meditation, we also hold space to process new realizations through creative writing. No, you don't have to be a professional writer. You just need to be you, because you in fact are the only one who is allowed to write the truth about your story, from this day forward.

~Why Won't He Call? Being Fully Aware & Empowered While Dating in an Era of Chaos
Whether or not you haven't dated for awhile, you have been dating and are experiencing disappointment, if you are online or in person dating, you'll take away gems you can place at all levels of your empowered dating experience. Our class is based on the 5 Core Keys to Empowered Dating in the book, Why Won't He Call? In class, I will break down the chapters of the book, giving you the real time tools to feel more at ease in your dating journey.

~Celibacy & Sacred Sex: Finding the Ways to Honor Your Sacred Boundaries While Remaining Satisfied
In our class, I will talk about the background of sacred sex, celibacy and other sensual narratives that have possibly limited our abilities to integrate our natural sensual desire, as well as a desire to stay in alignment with our core sacred values. Not just a history lesson, but class provides a safe, interactive space, to walk away with concrete tools and rituals to incorporate while deepening your self commitment and self love.

~Sex & Perfectionism for Partners & Individuals: Understanding & Removing our Intimacy and Self Love Blocks
Perfectionism can rear its ugly head in so many ways in our lives. When it comes to our sexual connection to self and others, you are meant to have an abundance of pleasure, fun and authenticity. In our class, we'll be exploring how you can reconnect to the most natural parts of yourself. We'll talk about some of the root causes of the sexual perfectionism narrative, and how it can prevent us from being aligned with ourselves and others. Our group is interactive and open for discussion to support new perspectives around sensuality and personal growth. If you're ready to understand possible sensual expansion blocks and move towards embodying more of your self loving values, join us!

~Self-Esteem & Relationships: Managing Your SelfEsteem & Deepening Closeness
One of my favorite classes to teach!
~ Perfectly Imperfect: Understanding What’s Behind Perfectionism & How to Move Beyond its Anxiety
Many of us get caught in the life-long struggle of "never enoughness" from ourselves or others. We experience anxiety over things at work, with family. and even when alone and we cannot explain our need for things to be perfect before we can relax. You are not going through this alone, as the phenomenon of perfectionism is real and spans wide across the community of mothers, sisters, daughters, fathers, brothers, and sons. No one is exempt but anyone can escape it with the right tools. In this group, you will identify how perfectionism shows up in your life, the source of it and the tools to fight it. You can live with being perfectly imperfect.

~Race Based Traumatic Stress: Understanding and Healing Through Microagressions, Negative Narratives and Stereotypes

~Attachment Styles: Understanding Why You Chase, Why They Run and How to Begin to Heal
You may be new to attachment styles or you may be aware, but stuck in the entanglement of an insecure attachment relationship cycle. Either way, you will gain a deeper understanding of the stories that drive your personal capacity for intimacy, your likely background aka original love story (family of origin dynamics), and how you can begin to move towards the secure attachment style narratives that support you in having much more fulfilling and longer lasting intimate relationships.
~Renaming Rejection: Embracing Rejection Narratives and Taking Your Power Back
In this class we will explore where rejection starts, how it shows up in our narrative and continues to be triggered at work, by romantic relationships, family relationships and sometimes even friends. I want you to be able to reclaim some of the power rejection tends to take away from you, and reframe what it means for you AND the ones who have rejected, abandoned and ghosted us. By knowing the source of many sore spots in our psyche and having the tools to finally move away from this confidence killer, you can start fresh with this group in managing old wounds and inevitable future disappointment. Join us and let's rename rejection and change the trajectory of your ever moving self discovery journey.

~The Thirst Trap: Are You Ready to Date or Just Lonely?
In our class, we will look at how this classic, but real term, Thirst Trap, may still be how a significant part of our brains respond to the idea of dating. Our group will discuss what you view and perceive, especially during online dating, the pain points and hidden motivations activated in the process of relationship building and what's really blocking us from deeper connections on our long-term relationship journey.
